This piece is part of a new series I am working on
but somehow
it reminds me of an image in “The Little Prince” by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry,
one of my favorite book.
so,
Solitude
it is
“I never found a companion that was so companionable as solitude”
(Henry David Thoreau)
Beautiful, as ever. Can I ask what paper you use please? I’ve been folding your fox but I struggle to find a two-colour paper that I can curve nicely…
Hello Dave,
I use watercolor paper ( 90lb-300lb – Arches is the best watercolor paper for me ) for most of my pieces.
If color is needed on one side, I either use acrylic paint or thin color paper ( glued to watercolor paper with methylcellulose )
